The Workout Calendar:




Instruction:

  • 3 follow-along-videos per day. 
  • Start with Day 1 (in BLUE colour), and subsequently 2,3,4,5 & 6 (also in BLUE). Day 7 is for recovery (rest day). 
  • The exercise duration for each day is indicated in brown colour.
  • We will then proceed to Day 8-14 (week 2), just as what we did in week 1. 
  • Notice if your body is slowly adapting to the workouts and getting stronger :)
  • The same pattern will then apply to Week 3 & 4.
